On Tuesday March 15 there will be another rally at the Capitol in Nashville. This one is for showing support for working people and our rights! This will be taking place the night after Gov. Haslam delivers his state of the state address.

The Putnam County Democratic Party would like to extend our condolences to the families of those who were killed or injured in Saturday’s shooting in Arizona. There are in our thoughts and prayers.

We had hoped to hold a vigil honoring the memory of those who were lost and supporting those who are struggling in the aftermath of this tragedy, but the weather has not cooperated.
